Ranked
Ranked is Territorium's competitive mode: free for all, with an ELO rating, tiers and seasons.
Requirements
- Registered players only: log in to your account.
- Finish one normal multiplayer game first: Ranked unlocks after that.
Rules of a ranked game
- Every player fights alone: 8 to 16 players per match, on a fixed set of maps, with no bots or nations.
- No cosmetics: everyone looks the same; only names and clan tags are shown.
- A game must last at least 3 minutes to count.
- No MIRV, and lower, later upgrade levels (SAM 3, silo and radar 2; level 2 after 8 minutes, level 3 after 15). See Buildings.
- No map objectives.
- Ranked games are watched by the game's anti-cheat (see the FAQ).
ELO and tiers
Your ELO moves with your final placement: the higher you finish, the more you gain.
| Tier | Minimum ELO |
|---|---|
| Bronze | 0 |
| Silver | 900 |
| Gold | 1,050 |
| Platinum | 1,200 |
| Diamond | 1,350 |
| Master | 1,500 |
| Legend | The top 5 Masters of the season |
- Your first 5 games are placement games: your tier appears after them.
- The Ranked screen shows your ELO in large type, the tier bar with the points left before the next one, your peak, your last 10 games (±ELO, placement) and your rank.
Seasons
- A season lasts three months. Season 1 runs until 31 December 2026.
- At the end, you earn medals and a season badge for your tier, and ratings are partly reset.
- A "New season" badge shows on the Ranked button during the first 14 days.
Matchmaking
The search pairs you with players of your level: a gap of ±150 ELO (±300 during placement), widening by 300 per minute of waiting; after 3 minutes, every level is accepted. The search screen shows the range.
If the queue stays short, a small match starts with fewer players.
Map vote
Before each game, you choose the map among three balanced maps for the match's number of players: each player can ban one or vote for the one they want to play. The remaining map, or the most voted one, is played. Maps are balanced to give roughly the same surface per player.
Cancellation
A game can be cancelled by the team when cheating is established; honest players then get their ELO back.
Leaderboards
The Leaderboard menu has tabs: Overall, Ranked, Solo, 1v1, 2v2, Nations and Clans, with a podium for the top three. Your profile shows your statistics and your rivalries.
Rivalries
The game spots your rival (the player you meet and beat most) and tells you when they are in your game; the head-to-head appears on your profile and on the end screen.
